Hello lovelies, anyone out there?, I have been inspired by Dorothy and the over the rainbow show mixed with victorian school girl in this ensamble. I have the cutest red shoes on but they are cut off Grrr!

Hola sunny lovers !

Happy new year fashionistas, I bring you tidings of joy and sunshine in this bleak winter. I have a confession to make, I have fallen a little out of love with perry because my obsession for all things wonderful has been move to the phenomenon that is Lady Gaga, how divine is this creature who is exceptionally talented and also has some of the best costumes I have encountered for a long time without having to search bondage/unusual places.

In her new video Eh, Eh she looks very different and a behind the scenes documentary she tells us how she knows yellow is going to big and will feature highly in fashion this year and wanted her sunny side to come out to cheer us all up

Her creative yellow flower dress is very sunny and 50's reminiscent, but I'm not quite liking her other yellow outfits very much, this one is Tres' chic and I do love the shoes, but the colour is a bit dull and the padding does not hold the skirt part out as well as it should...

She looks very ethereal here and although the dress is beautiful in a sublime flowy way I think the colour makes her look washed out.

Onto the zingy side of yellow, complete opposite of mellow yellow above..

a bit too bright, crayon type colour for me, but it does make her skin tone look healthier.

Lady Gaga, I do so love you still and I do not mean to offend in my humble opinion xxxx

Now onto something different but still yellow, Kate Spade's designs are full of wit and playful sophistication and ooze charm, I am totally in adore of this 60's style A line dress but unfortunately like most great things you can't buy it here in blighty - Boo Hoo :(

Onto the collection spring/summer 2010 from Mr Alexander Mcqueen, very modern, geometric and slightly futuristic ( lots of angles/shoulder pads), this gorgeous dress with strapless bodice and over lace embroidered topper is just one of his lovely yellow creations

fabulous feathers

Fathers day yesterday wasn't it, well today in pixies land its feather day, I have 3 lovely chickens and as they are babies each day some more feathers fall out ready for the big ones to grow, Ive been collecting them in the hope of coming up with something fabulous to make with them, until that day comes feast your eyes on these......

Flirty fancy feathers on this adorable party dress, in shocking pink and black by Unique Boutique with diamante, feathers and a ribboned bodice, available at ASOS, on sale at the moment at a lower price.

On very special occasions I come across a website that is so divine it makes my head swirl, I sit for far too long oohh ing and arghing at the loveliness before my eyes, well Fairy Gothmother was one of those sites.

The amount of beautifully made corsets and dresses on offer is breath taking, each piece has its own individuality, I'm sure anyone would feel like a princess wearing any of the garments they have. I love this photo with its feather bodice and net tulle skirt, oh and if anyone has one of those bird cages going spare I would really like one to hang from the tree in our bedroom!

A post without Katy perry's glamorous feather ensemble would be criminal so here she is in all her feathery glory! This is from her song waking up in Vegas which you can watch here - tons of glam costumes in this video.



Another site I love is Etsy, I think its a great place for talented people, amazing people, who have lovely things to share. I came across Selena's amazing head piece, mounted on a clear comb, it showcases the eye feather of the peacock. She has wonderful one off pieces superb for weddings, whether your a bride or a guest. I think they are fab to wear anytime!

Hello, Bonjour, hi and its so nice to see you, I am a juxtapose of things from what I think to what I do so to stop me going completely insane I am going to share these crazy adventures my brain has, mainly its going to be about fashion, style and aspiration, if I don't make much sense I'm sorry I know what I mean and there will be lots of pictures because I like blogs with pictures and sometimes you don't want to be boardified reading loads so that's what its all about!

My obsession with lovely Katy perry made me stumble upon this cheeky outfit, so darn hot!

This was for a magazine cover inspired by gladiators, I rather think its a bit of a chilly outfit for the arena! The black dress and this eye popping cherry top are from the fabulous Pin up clothing website
they have shoes and underwear too, all adorable.

Chloe Sevigny, I am so loving the boots........ One of the best weird films I ever had the pleasure of watching, Buffalo 66, 2 eye candies for the price of a video in this one, the ever adorable Christina Ricci and the handsome dishevelled Vincent Gallo, love the cutesy outfit Ricci wears all the way through the film.

Retro pin ups and more modern candy cane dressing up outfit, make willy wonka wink I'm sure!!
